A full range of property inspection services are available with Triton Building.  Our registered builder can provide targeted inspections and pre purchase reports that empower you to negotiate or just understand and plan a way forward when issues become apparent with your property.  This service is tailored to your needs and can include us providing solutions and costings to complete remedial works.

Property InspectionsPre purchase building reports can be structural only or we can provide a complete property report. Sometimes property purchasers agree to a structural inspection on their offer to the property sellers. These contracts often include a structural property inspection clause that advises the property must pass a structural property inspection for the purchase to proceed. Purchasers should be aware of what is and is not included in this type of inspection. On occasions purchasers have non-structural concerns with a building. We are happy to assist with including additional items or include a complete property inspection.  Feel free to discuss your requirements with our builder and he will advise on your best options.

At Triton Building we provide detailed reports for dealing with building dispute processes including expert witness services and documentation for dealing with the building commission, if your dispute reaches the State Arbitration Tribunal.  For these situations all correspondence and details are documented in the SAT preferred format.

All reported issues are referenced to the BCA and/or relevant Australian Standard.  Providing evidence that an item is either compliant or non-compliant and the reason why, this is far better than just providing an opinion that something is not compliant and therefore clarifies disputed issues reducing arguments.
